• To guarantee the peace and quiet, we don’t rent to groups of people under 20 years old.
• Bachelor parties, Student escapes or Drinking parties are not allowed.
• The traffic can be heard in the garden.
• Check-in from 5pm, Check-out before 9am.
• Your reservation is confirmed upon reception of the deposit + a signed contract.
• A guarantee is required to cover possible damage (details in contract).
• Can we ask you to water the plants (in pots) so we enjoy them year-round ?
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside. Don’t throw cigarette buts in the garden please.*
• It is not allowed to make fire except in the available BBQ (don’t move)*

*the area is prone to fires, especially during summer. Whoever starts a fire is subject to heavy fines.
